John P. Capazzi, AIA, Principal
John has been providing leadership to RSC for more than twenty years. His extensive experience in planning and design for both public and private clients has resulted in the firm's continued success and acclaim. In addition to guiding the firm, John serves as chairman of the Harrington Park Planning Board, is a member of New Jersey Institute of Technology Dean's Council, and is the Past President of the Lion's Club.
Steve Botbyl, Associate
Steve brings twenty-eight years of experience in the architectural and construction industry to RSC. His past experience includes project administration through bidding, construction administration, and post-occupancy. In his capacity as Associate, Steve manages the architectural staff and their respective teams, as well as the construction administration department. Steve oversees quality assurance and quality control, budget control and adherence to scheduling to ensure client satisfaction for all of our projects.
Franz Keller, Marketing Director
Franz possesses over fifteen years of marketing experience with more than six years in the design/build industry. He has a comprehensive background in creating effective marketing collateral, project management, proposal writing, marketing research, public relations, budgeting and planning. Franz's strong communication skills, creative thinking and ability to multi-task make him an indispensable part of RSC's marketing and business development efforts.
Lee Lanni, Office and Accounting Manager
Lee is responsible for RSC's general office management and plays a key role in the firm's accounting and human resources functions. During her nine years at RSC, Lee has worked alongside Mr. Capazzi in overseeing many aspects of the company, including contract documentation and approval, vendor management, cost and budget control, and information technology. Lee was instrumental in getting the firm acclimated with the Deltek project management software platform, and has acted as a liaison in many of the firm's financial, legal and managerial operations.
Kenneth P. Mihalik, AIA, LEED AP
With twenty-two years of experience in the design/build industry, Ken has developed a comprehensive background in project management from start to finish. He is skilled in construction documentation and specifications, as well as construction administration for various types of public and private facilities. In addition to experience in new construction, Ken possesses extensive background in working with existing facilities. Ken's organizational skills, creative thinking and decision-making skills make him an indispensable part of any project he is heading.
Jeffrey Schlecht, AIA
Jeffrey's seventeen years of architectural experience has encompassed planning, design, and construction for many different types of projects for RSC, including educational, library, and private sector endeavors, as well. With his creative flair, eye for detail, and innate ability to multi-task, Jeff is an intense design team leader and point of contact for RSC's clients.
